- When you have ALL of the system requirements (see
below), close all other computer programs before testing your equipment.
- Test your equipment.
- If you see a green GO sign below, click the Play button for
your player to test. (It may take up to one minute before you see the video and
hear the audio.)
- If you see a red STOP sign below for the player you want to
use, see the system requirements section for links to upgrade. (Contact your
network Administrator to authorize installations.)
Please refer to your brochure or confirmation letter
to determine if your webcast is audio only.
